Site Safety: During the planning phase of this project, our team worked closely with city officials and local property owners to minimize the impact of construction on traffic in this pedestrian-heavy area. We proactively communicated street closures and any loud or potentially disruptive on-site activities. In preparation for the tower crane installation at the end of September, we individually contacted all affected properties and arranged access to a nearby parking structure for tenants impacted by the road closures. Additionally, we’ve set up a working platform over the neighboring library's parking lot to ensure patrons can easily access the facility, and we’ve installed a pedestrian canopy over the south side bike lane to protect both cyclists and pedestrians on this busy street.
