East Stokes Cleveland

Construction is Underway on East Stokes

Construction is now underway on East Stokes, a 24-story luxury multifamily development in Cleveland’s University Circle neighborhood. The 438,000 sf project will bring 281 residences, ground-floor retail, and structured parking to the edge of Wade Lagoon and Cleveland’s museum campus. After successfully delivering Artisan in 2022 and Library Lofts in 2024, we're excited to have a Power team back in Cleveland.

Power with Purpose Food Farmacy Event

At a Power with Purpose event supporting the Advocate Charitable Foundation of Advocate Health Care Food Farmacy program, our Power volunteers helped pack boxes filled with fresh produce, including greens, peppers, onions, asparagus, blueberries, and melons, along with frozen shrimp, for patients facing food insecurity and chronic health challenges. Through partnerships with the Greater Chicago Food Depository and Smart Farm, these nutritious food boxes are distributed to patients referred to the program by their doctors.

The Uplands - Bozeman, MT

Completed earlier this year, The Uplands in Bozeman, MT, sits on a 14-acre site and comprises 20 buildings with rowhomes, apartment residences, and single-family homes. Community amenities include a clubhouse, gear garage, and pool supported by extensive infrastructure improvements such as new roadways, water, sewer, irrigation, electrical, and network systems. Power’s self-perform carpentry team played a key role in bringing the amenity spaces to life, completing everything from beam and ceiling installation to cabinetry, trim finishes, custom shelving, cubbies, and the framing of the golf simulator.

Fall Meeting 2026

Our Fall Meeting is a chance to step away from the day-to-day, learn from one another and connect with the work happening across Power. Teams from across the company came together for business updates, a look at what’s ahead and breakout sessions on earth retention systems, environmental report interpretation and management, and lessons learned from large-scale projects. We wrapped up the day with a happy hour to keep the conversations going and gather together outside of the workday.

2026 Summer Outings

As fall begins and summer comes to a close, it’s a great moment to look back on this year’s Summer Outings. From cheering on the Cubs from the iconic Wrigley rooftops to candle making, a cultural food and walking tour of Chinatown, clay shooting, golf, and four out of state jobsite outings, each outing offered a great chance to connect with coworkers and enjoy time together. This year we had a total of 375 employees participate.
