The Foundry at 1475 N Kingsbury - the fourth and final component of The Shops at Big Deahl planned development. Standing 27-stories, The Foundry is the tallest structure of the three-building development and includes 327-unit market rate apartments, ground-level retail and four levels of parking. Located in the Near North Side of Chicago, it also includes The Seng (for-sale affordable condos), Common Lincoln Park (co-living apartments), and Seng Park (a new public park).
