Rising on the corner of State and Division Street in the city's Gold Coast, 1200 North State's 12-story mixed-use development features 89 residential units, two outdoor amenity decks, 32 parking spaces in an integrated garage, and first floor commercial space with a restaurant, cafe, coffee shop and a retail store. The 135-foot-tall structure includes a series of vertical bays allowing for more views within each residence. The facade incorporates a brown-hued brick as its primary cladding material, with limestone and granite and floor-to-ceiling windows with dark metal accents.
