Diamond Senior Apartments of Oswego

Recognizing a need for affordable senior housing that doesn't compromise on comfort and amenities, the Diamond Senior Apartments of Oswego created a community that features 63 units in a three-story building set among 2.76 acres of immaculately-landscaped grounds. To facilitate community among residents, amenities were included such as a fitness center, computer room, salon, and social room on the main level.

The scope of our project included:

• 13 one-bedroom units
• 50 two-bedroom units
• Landscaping to complement the surrounding natural park
• Parking for 99 vehicles 

This project was completed in partnership with Ujamaa Construction.
