Of their 25 global locations, Chicago is one of the Trade Desk's highest performing offices, so they asked our Power Workplace Group to prioritize a compressed schedule to get their new space active as soon as possible. Knowing the constraints of material delays, the project team pre-ordered the staircase steel and scheduled the installation during the week between Christmas and New Year while the client's staff was all on break from the office. A significant operation to perform in an occupied office building, our safety team was engaged in logistics to ensure all construction personnel and building occupants were safe.

Phase 2:

The second phase of the two-floor renovation for Trade Desk involved updating two existing tenant spaces on the south side of level 32. These spaces were occupied by other tenants during the initial phase, so construction was phased to align with their move-out schedules. The renovation features a new meeting area with a collapsible diving wall, workspaces, huddle rooms, an elevator lobby, and a common corridor
