The key to delivering this 21,000 sf build-out in 167 N Green was early procurement and early/often collaboration with the client to dial in on their specific needs. The highest priority to address based on long-lead items were the lighting and HVAC equipment which was pre-ordered and bid competitively to the subcontractors. Saving the client over $400k in alternates, this new headquarter office has a sleek design with custom turf baffles and all steel demountable office fronts with glass sliding doors. With plans for future expansion, our team also built out an adjacent 6,500 sf space that is being leased out by the client until they need it for their staff. To minimize interference, the dividing wall was designed and built to be easily removed for the space to be added into Cresa's office footprint.
Used largely for entertaining guests and clients, there is a large, welcoming amenity space that echoes a hotel lobby with its blend of lounge seating and work tables.
