Phase 1: We collaborated with Liberty Foods on the development of a cutting-edge 288,000 sf food processing and freezer/distribution facility. Our comprehensive involvement spanned site selection, financing, municipal approvals, design and engineering, site development, and construction. The facility is equipped with advanced “Quick Freeze” racks, designed to blast freeze most food products within 36 hours. Additionally, it features a High Pressure Pasteurization (HPP) process room, which uses specialized equipment to eliminate bacteria from processed deli meats, significantly extending product shelf life.

Phase 2: We further expanded the facility with a 113,000 sf addition to the existing cold storage warehouse. This new section includes a -10°F freezer with racks and a blast freezer, a 35°F cooler and dock area with racks, a 48°F citrus room with racks, and a 40°F space dedicated to food processing and welfare. This expansion enhances the facility’s capacity and efficiency, reinforcing its role as a state-of-the-art food storage and distribution hub.
