This 646,000 sf Class A warehouse distribution center at the Pinnacle Business Center utilized a design-build approach and features a steel structure is enclosed with precast concrete panels, has 90 loading dock positions, 100 trailer positions, two drive-in locations and a large parking lot with 430 spaces. A GBI 2023 Green Globes Project of the Year award winner, the building features one of the Midwest’s largest photovoltaic systems, a 200,294 square foot 3.029 megawatt rooftop installation that includes 5,732 450 Watt-rated PV panels and is designed to offset 100% of the building’s energy, moving towards a net zero outcome. The building also includes skylights for natural lighting, LED high bay lighting with occupant and motion controls, high-performance exterior wall design for both thermal performance and solar reflectivity control, a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) ENERGY STAR rated roofing surface, industrial style fans for air movement, whole building natural ventilation controls, and VRF split systems for office space cooling.

The warehouse and logistics center added 200 permanent job opportunities and 400 seasonal positions to the immediate area.
