McCormick YMCA Addition

This 17,200 sf expansion makes a significant impact on the Logan Square community with the aquatic center addition. The addition includes a six-lane competition pool with recreation pool and family locker room expansion along with amenities that include two multi-purpose rooms and accommodations for a future public cafe and a bike repair shop set up to provide skills training for the local community.  

We reconfigured the existing parking lot to provide additional parking spaces. A new underground storm water detention system was also installed.
