The facility provides chemical storage, additional mechanical space and equipment space for each tenant on the first floor of the building. Offering the best in modern scientific facilities, collaboration space, outdoor amenities and quick access to a thriving lifestyle district, 1229 Concord sets the national standard for live, work, learn and play communities.
