Partnering with Power’s Workplace Group, they opened their Chicago office in 167 N Green. Boasting impactful views of the West Loop and downtown, the space was designed to compliment the building’s modern design and high-end amenities.

Spanning 13,000 sf, this space is a combination of enclosed offices and open-plan workstations, a welcoming reception for clients and visitors, conference rooms of various sizes, and an employee pantry.

CUSTOMIZATION AND SAVINGS

We worked with design the team to create custom pendant lighting to illuminate key design elements throughout the space. Through a collaborative value engineering process, we were able to save Real Chemistry 10% in material costs while adhering to the design intent.

TECHNOLOGY

Due to the owner being out of state, the use of our matterport and tech tools was primarily used to show client updates throughout the project without them having to come back.

LOGISTICS

We worked around active tenants and through major supply chain delays to make sure everything was delivered on time.
