Superior House

Superior House rises 12 stories and includes master bedroom suites, spacious custom closets and luxurious master bathrooms.  Residential amenities include a fitness center, lounge area, sky deck, fireplace, dog run, green roof, bike room, and outdoor dining space.

Unforeseen Conditions – Solved

Because the building steps-in on the 11th floor, the skip was unable to reach all the way to the 12th floor and mechanical penthouse. Our Superintendent and Project Engineer solved the issue by installing a customized scaffolding system that extended the skip, allowing access to the 12th floor /mechanical penthouse.
