Pinnacle XV – PACTIV

We completed twin distribution centers, Pinnacle XV and XVI, concurrently. Each features 90 truck docks and approximately 10,000 sf of office space. PACTIV leased a full building that was then modified to meet American Institute of Baking requirements, including sealed concrete floors and all joints to 65/60 FF/FL standards.
