This renovation is a 60,000 sf build-out for Life Time Fitness on the 2nd floor of the Sherman Plaza building in downtown Evanston. Formerly two tenant spaces, the club features full service locker rooms, spa, cycle, yoga, pilates studios, and three pickleball courts. Designed as an "athletic country club," the facility features state-of-the-art amenities, including group training studios for cycling, yoga, and Pilates, as well as dedicated spaces for signature training programs.
As part of Life Time’s new Miora approach to health and wellness, the club includes a Cryo Therapy chamber, Red Light Therapy bed, Infrared Sauna and other advanced recovery offerings. Members also have access to a full-service spa, upscale locker rooms with dry saunas, and three indoor pickleball courts featuring Laykold Masters Gel, the highest-level court surface available. Additional conveniences include on-site childcare and a café, creating a comprehensive wellness experience.
