This 18.7 acre development includes a relocation of the Hollywood Casino Aurora to a new site just north of I-88 and Farnsworth Road. Developed by PENN Entertainment, the development will includes a modern, best-in-class casino, with 900 slots and 50 live table games (including a baccarat room and a poker room); a Sportsbook, a first-class hotel with 244 hotel rooms, full-service spa, and high-end bars and restaurant; and a 1,000 car parking structure, surface parking, and general site improvements.
