Advocate Good Samaritan Private Bed Tower

The private room bed tower is a three-story vertical expansion over an existing ICU Unit with medical/surgical inpatient nursing. Phase II of the project included renovations to existing elevators within the occupied hospital. The final phase renovated the lobby area on each floor.

Our preconstruction specialists supported the project team by:

• Providing 8 estimates during the design phase to maintain target budget and maximize value
• Supporting preparation of the Certificate of Need budget
• Utilizing design-assist procurement with enclosure and structural steel trades to improve design and maintain schedule
• Assisting with the coordination of the design, fabrication, and installation of 84 prefabricated bathroom pods
