Habitat for Humanity's Women Build

Power Women in Construction spent a beautiful day in Greater Grand Crossing swinging hammers and cutting plywood while volunteering for Habitat for Humanity's Women Build 2022. Our team started the day working on roof and door framing and ended by wrapping the entire first floor in waterproofing. Women Build takes place over a month in October and brings together a community of 500+ women to advance construction of multiple women-owned homes. Together, this event raised over $500,000!
