Foundation to Topping Out in 12 Months

Hard hats off to our 12th & Idaho team in Boise, ID! With a 12 month timeline from foundation to topping out, the project team, along with our subcontractor partners, are building the tallest multifamily building in Idaho, coming in at 26 stories. To reach this height, 16,500 cubic yards of concrete was poured with 1,800,000 pounds of rebar and 575,000 linear feet of post-tension cable installed. We were excited to share this milestone with all project and trade partners along with the Mayor of Boise. Can't wait to see the rest of the project come to life!
