Chicago Women Build

Our Women in Construction volunteers spent a beautiful day in West Pullman drilling and installing drywall at the 2023 Habitat for Humanity Chicago Women Build event. Our team started the day measuring and scoring drywall boards, moving to the scaffolds to begin installation for the remainder of the day. As a group, they installed enough drywall to cover the exterior of the house.

Women Build takes place over a month in October and brings together a community of 500+ women to advance construction of multiple women-owned homes. Together, this event raised over $600,000.
