Our mission to create sustainable workforce opportunities for diverse and underserved communities is part of how we bring our core beliefs to life. It's about finding a way to use construction not only as a practice, but a process to improve people's lives. Chicago has been our home for 95 years and we are committed to giving back to the community in order to shape a better future for our city.

One of the ways we do this is to learn and understand what is important to our diverse community partnerships, see what they are working on in their communities and identify areas where Power can be a true partner and help those initiatives forward. By working with our community and subcontractor partners, the hope is that our approach of continually cultivating relationships will result in providing sustainable employment opportunities to individuals.
