1114 W Carroll Apartments Topping Out

Congratulations to the entire project team on the topping out milestone at 1114 West Carroll - a 450,000 sf multi-family building in Fulton Market. Slated for completion by November 2024, our self-perform concrete group poured approximately 20,000 cubic yards of concrete of this 34-story structure. Because the ceilings, core, and a third of the columns feature exposed concrete, our team prioritized preserving the integrity of these elements to prevent any damage.
