The 3,000 sf unit features 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 powder room, kitchen, dining room, and a den with a state-of-the-art home theater system. The den features an Ecosmart bioethaneol fireplace surrounded by metal and stone to create a prominent feature wall. The distinctive design includes high-touch details like custom glass backsplash with floating glass shelves for the wet bar and Hefle symmetrical pocket doors.
