For the third year in a row, Power was named a Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune.
Energage, formerly Workplace Dynamics, completed the survey on behalf of the Chicago Tribune, assessing all aspects of work from work-life balance to confidence in company leadership. More than 370 comments were received from 71% of Power employees. Positive feedback in organizational alignment, employee effectiveness, and meaningful connections was balanced with an opportunity to do even more in leadership development and growth opportunities for all employees.
"I truly appreciate everyone at Power taking the time to respond to make Power an even better place to work,” stated President and CEO, Terry Graber.
Congratulations to Power Construction’s sister company, Power Wellness, who was also recognized as a Chicago Tribune Top Workplace!
